Rental Period & Hours
The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour cycle from 09:00 AM to 09:00 AM the following day. Any extension beyond 09:30 AM incurs an additional full-day charge.
Pickup or drop-off between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur an additional charge of ₹300, to be borne by the hirer.
A minimum hire period of three (3) days is required for all bookings.
Driver fees for delivery and pickup are determined based on the location of service.
Any parking or toll charges at the airport, if applicable, must be borne by the hirer.
An additional charge may apply for pickups or returns during late-night or early-morning hours, depending on location.
Payment & Deposits
An advance payment is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at vehicle delivery. Vehicle keys will not be handed over unless full payment has been made upfront.
A refundable security deposit is required — the amount depends on the vehicle. Refunded at drop-off subject to vehicle condition. Any damage during the hire period will result in repair costs plus duration charges.
Extension of rental period: If the hirer extends the rental period directly with the vendor without informing the NexoCabs sales or customer support team, NexoCabs Private Limited shall not be liable for any mishaps, security deposit refunds, accidental damages, or any other issues arising during the extension period. If the extension is arranged through NexoCabs, our team will assist the customer accordingly.
Fuel is not included in daily car rentals.
Cancellations may be made via the app, website, or customer service. Cancellation fee: 100% of the advance payment.
No-show or failure to cancel prior to the ride may result in a charge equal to the full fare for one day plus pickup charges.
All prices are exclusive of GST. A GST of 5% shall be levied on the total value at checkout in accordance with applicable Indian taxation laws.
Vehicle Use & Conditions
The hirer must possess a valid Indian Driving License with a minimum of two years' experience. For international licenses, a valid Driving Permit is required.
One original photo ID (Aadhaar, EPIC, or Driving License of the hirer, spouse, or a friend) must be submitted at delivery and returned upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
The vehicle must be returned with the fuel level matching the level at delivery. No refunds for excess fuel. Refueling costs will be deducted from the deposit if returned with less fuel.
Vehicles are to be used exclusively within the state of Goa. Outstation use requires prior permission from the service provider.
Vehicles are intended for on-road use only and must not be driven off-road.
Vehicles are not available for decoration. Self-driven vehicles do not come equipped with a luggage carrier.
We request the hirer capture a video of the vehicle's exterior, interior, and speedometer at both delivery and return to ensure a conflict-free security deposit refund.
Photos provided are for reference only. Year, colour, and variant are subject to availability. Specific features such as Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, or navigation are not guaranteed.
A replacement vehicle will only be provided if the original vehicle is deemed non-driveable.
Hirer Conduct & Responsibilities
Customers must abide by the following: Seat belts must be worn at all times. Alcohol consumption, smoking, or illegal activities in the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Abusive language, violence, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate ride termination and potential legal action.
Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas. Fines due to improper parking are the responsibility of the hirer.
In the event of accidents caused by valet parking, the hirer will be held responsible.
All fines, challans, or penalties incurred while the vehicle is driven by the hirer are the sole responsibility of the hirer.
Customers must provide accurate information at booking, including pick-up location, drop-off location, and any special requirements.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle.
Liability & Disputes
The hirer will be held liable for damage caused to the vehicle by an external party during the rental period.
We operate as a cab aggregator. Vehicles are provided by local vendors. We are not responsible for disputes between the hirer and the vendor.
We are not responsible for vehicle damage during the hire period. Damage must be handled between the hirer and the respective vendor.
In the event of any disagreement between Hirer and Vendor — including fare disputes, behaviour, or service quality — NexoCabs Private Limited will not be held liable and will not intervene in the resolution process.
NexoCabs Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including delays, missed appointments, or inconvenience caused by unforeseen events.
Aggregator notice: NexoCabs connects hirers with local vehicle vendors. While we facilitate bookings and will arrange alternate vehicles in the event of significant vendor delays (subject to availability), disputes regarding the vehicle or service are between the hirer and vendor directly.
Bookings & Cancellations
In case of significant delays by the vendor, we will arrange an alternate vehicle, subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed once the customer receives a booking confirmation from our system or customer service representative.
Cancellations via app, website, or phone. Cancellation fee: 100% of the advance payment.
If a vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the advance, or offer an alternative vehicle subject to availability.
Mahindra Thar — Special Terms & Instructions
Steering feel: All 3-door Thars come factory-fitted with larger all-terrain tyres, which make steering feel heavier than conventional cars. Manoeuvring may feel harder than expected. No replacements or substitutions will be provided on account of tyre or ride-quality complaints unless serious suspension damage renders the vehicle unsafe to drive.
Suspension & ride quality: All 3-door Thars use a ladder-on-frame chassis, which can produce a bumpy or wobbly ride. This is a factory characteristic. No replacements will be provided on account of suspension or ride-quality complaints unless serious damage makes the car unsafe to drive. We recommend our customers opt for the Creta, Innova Hycross, or Alcazar for a more comfortable ride.
Soft-top roof noise: In Thar Soft Top Convertible vehicles, customers may experience a flapping noise from the roof while driving, as the canopy is made of soft plastic. This is inherent to the vehicle. No replacements will be provided on account of such complaints. For a silent and comfortable ride, we recommend the Creta, Innova Hycross, Thar Hard Top, or Alcazar.
Seating capacity: All 3-door Thars carry a maximum of 4 passengers at any given time. If any customer is found driving with more than 4 passengers, the full security deposit will be confiscated as a penalty.
Standing in soft-top vehicles: In any 3-door Thar Soft Top Convertible, if any customer or guest is seen standing up or putting their head outside the vehicle while in motion, any resulting mishap or injury is solely the hirer's responsibility.
Monsoon leakage: In Thar Soft Top Convertible vehicles during the monsoon season, customers may experience roof leakage if the roof is not closed properly. Please ensure the roof is fully and correctly closed at all times when the convertible system is not in use.
Belongings security: Thar Soft Top Convertible vehicles have no hard-shell security for belongings — the enclosure relies on zippers only. In the event of any theft or loss of items, the hirer is solely responsible.
Off-roading & drifting strictly prohibited: Off-roading and drifting are highly prohibited in all rental vehicles at all times. If a hirer is found to have engaged in off-roading or drifting, the full security deposit will be confiscated as a penalty for violation of this rule.
Roof left open while parked: In Thar Soft Top Convertible vehicles, leaving the convertible roof open while the vehicle is unattended or parked — in any weather condition — is strictly prohibited. If the hirer is found doing so, the security deposit will be confiscated. Any damage to the vehicle resulting from such negligence shall be fully borne by the hirer, including repair costs and rental charges for the entire duration the vehicle is under repair.
Thar notice: By booking a Mahindra Thar, you acknowledge you have read and understood all Thar-specific terms above. The vehicle's characteristics — including steering feel, ride quality, soft-top noise, and security limitations — are inherent to the model and are not grounds for replacement or refund.
General Provisions
NexoCabs Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
